Online transactions are secured by Stripe or PayPal, using a server that employs the SSL protection system.
These platforms accept credit, debit, and prepaid cards from the MasterCard – Visa – Visa Electron networks, such as PostePay and Revolut.

The payment methods listed above are fully automatic and do not have any payment fees for the cards mentioned. Sensitive data is not recorded by our server but is managed directly by the respective online banks, which follow strict security and electronic encryption standards to ensure your protection at all times.

Paying for your products is simple and secure.
Once you have added all products to the cart page, entered any code/promocode, and checked that your discount is active, you can choose whether to pay with PayPal or proceed using credit, debit, or prepaid cards.

Shipping

Delivery times are indicative and not binding. Products are delivered by mail or courier chosen by Avalon Magic Shop, depending on the country or the product. The risk of loss or damage to the purchased products passes to the consumer at the moment of purchase.

Shipping costs are clearly indicated before completing the order and may vary depending on the products in the cart and the delivery location. Avalon Magic Shop will notify customers of the shipment of the order by email. The end consumer must follow the shipment via the tracking link provided and is responsible for any additional costs resulting from missed or unsuccessful delivery.

Shipping times are indicative and the maximum period for shipping the order is 30 days.
Once the order is handed over to the courier, if the Customer is unavailable for delivery and the order is returned or refused, a new delivery will require the Customer to pay the delivery charges again as well as all costs incurred for returning the order to our premises.

Failure to deliver a Tracked or Untracked Shipment does not entitle you to a refund but to a replacement shipment; the request for reshipment must be made within 30 days from the shipping date and within a maximum of 45 days.

Deliveries take place every day except Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.

Any order shipped within the European Union may be subject to customs fees. Fees may vary depending on the country. For any issues relating to customs fees or duties, please contact your local customs office. These fees cannot be refunded, as they are not applied by Avalon Magic Shop.
