The Conditions indicated below are valid for purchases on the Avalonmagic.shop website.
By completing the order, the customer declares to have read and accepted the sales conditions and to be of legal age. Avalon Magic Shop reserves the right to modify the sales conditions at any time; however, the Terms of Sale to be applied to the order are those available at the time of its completion.

Withdrawal

Digital Products

The right of withdrawal for digital products allows the consumer to obtain a refund within 14 days of purchase.
The right of withdrawal does not apply and is forfeited if the consumer has consented to the commencement of the supply of the digital product before the 14-day period has expired, for example, by downloading an e-book or PDF guide.

Customized Products

For products offered for sale that are made to order based on the customer’s request, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal. However, if you are not satisfied with the product, we are available to find a solution. Please contact us using the form on the Contact page.

Non-Customized Products

Avalon Magic Shop recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided for by current legislation. The right of withdrawal applies only to end consumers and to products that are not customized and/or made to order.
The period for exercising this right is 14 days, within which the Customer must notify us with any explicit statement, for example by using the form on the Contact page.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary that:

1. The customer states their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal in the manner described above.

2. The purchased item is intact and returned in its original packaging.

3. The item must be returned together with a copy of the purchase document, namely the invoice or receipt for the products purchased, if present in the package.

4. The product must be returned within the timeframe and in the manner described above. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

The refund concerns all amounts paid and will be made within and no later than 14 days from the communication of the intention to withdraw. The payment will be credited to the customer using the same means used for the initial payment, or, if not technically possible, by bank transfer. The only costs to be borne by the Customer are those related to the return of the product. If the user opts for the replacement of the product, the shipping costs for the new product will be charged to them.

The refund may be withheld beyond 14 days only until the Customer has demonstrated that they have returned the goods or until we have received them, depending on which occurs first. Please return the goods without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The Customer is only responsible for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Price and Product Changes

The prices of our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the supply of the products (or any part or content thereof) at any time and without notice. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modifications, price changes, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service or the Products offered through this website.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled or modified.
However, it will be possible to cancel the order if it is not shipped within 30 days from the expected delivery date at the time of completion, and the cancellation request must be received before the order is shipped.

Defective Products and Warranty

The Customer must report any issues with the delivered order within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the goods via the Contact page.

For printed products, inevitable minor differences in color, size, and shape may occur during the production and printing process, as well as differences in the quality of the surface material. Such differences do not entitle the customer to make claims. No particular quality of the delivered goods is guaranteed.

Only technical defects that could have been avoided with current technology are recognized as defects, not personal opinions. Minor technical differences (e.g., image cuts and print colors) between the ordered and received goods do not constitute an error, provided they are within commercial limits and do not significantly affect the purpose of the contract. Images that, for technical reasons, need to be cropped may slightly differ from set dimensions, but not in a significant way. Minor color differences can occur during printing, for example, if the customer's monitor is differently calibrated or if printing is done on different materials such as wood, glass, or cardboard. Black and white prints may present small color dominances. In this context, complaints, compensation, and replacements are excluded.

For defects in delivered products for which Avalon Magic Shop is recognized as responsible, Avalon Magic Shop has the right to provide a replacement delivery. If Avalon Magic Shop fails to make a replacement delivery for a legitimate request within a reasonable time, or if the replacement delivery does not reach the customer, the customer may request withdrawal from the purchase contract or a reduction in the price paid.

All products are covered directly by us with a 2-year warranty, based on the date on the invoice or the order completion date on our website. To request warranty support for a purchased product, simply contact Customer Service via the Contact page.

Production and Technical Discrepancies

In fulfilling the contract, Avalon Magic Shop expressly reserves the right for products to present minor differences in material characteristics, color, weight, size, workmanship, and other similar aspects compared to the descriptions and indications in Avalon Magic Shop’s brochures, catalogs, or other written or electronic documents, provided these differences fall within acceptable limits for the customer. Reasonable grounds may arise from typical market fluctuations and production processes.

Security

Avalon Magic Shop uses the HTTPS protocol throughout the site, which allows secure communication between your browser and our servers. Additionally, under no circumstances do we store your credit card or bank account information.

Intellectual Property

All elements present on the Avalon Magic Shop website are protected by intellectual property law. The total or partial reproduction of the Avalon Magic Shop service without prior consent from Avalon Magic Shop is strictly prohibited.

Applicable Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements provided by us will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or amend these terms at any time by posting them here. All amended terms will become effective upon publication. Each time you use this site, the current version of our Terms and Conditions will govern your use. Therefore, when you use this site, we advise you to review the most recent version.
